What we collect
We collect your first name, email, whether your parent lives in California, and the part of care you are handling most.
What not to send
Please do not send diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, Medicare or Medi-Cal numbers, Social Security numbers, or other private medical information.
How we use it
We use this information to choose families for pilot conversations and send updates about Kin Hours. We do not sell the list.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission while we research and run the pilot. You can ask us to remove it or stop emailing you by replying to any email we send.
