What we collect
We collect your first name, email, who you help, how often the work takes your time, whether that person lives in California, the type of work you do, and their general coverage if you know it.
What not to send
Please do not send diagnoses, medication lists, medical records, Medicare or Medi-Cal numbers, Social Security numbers, or other private medical information.
How we use it
We use this information to choose families for research interviews, understand which payment routes may be relevant, and send updates about Kin Hours. We do not sell the list.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission while we research and run the pilot. You can ask us to remove it or stop emailing you by replying to any email we send.
